10 – 15 Red Potatoes, skin on, cut into cubes
4 – 5 sprigs Fresh Rosemary, stems discarded, chopped
2 – 3 tsp Salt
1 – 2 tsp Pepper
2 – 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
1⁄4 c Oil, olive or canola
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large plastic bag, combine all the ingredients
and shake until well mixed. Pour the contents into a baking dish. Bake for 45
minutes or until fork tender.
Makes 8 – 10 servings.
