Moo Shu Pancakes


1 1⁄2 c Flour

1 pinch Salt

1⁄2 c Boiling Water

2 TBSP Cold Water

2 TBSP Sesame Seed Oil

 

In a bowl, stir the flour, salt, and boiling water. Add the cold water, stir
until dough forms. Knead the dough until smooth on a floured surface. Divide
the dough into 2 inch balls. Roll out the balls until flat and round. Heat

a skillet to medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp of the oil to the skillet. Brown each
side of a pancake.

Makes 6 – 7 pancakes.
