3 c Flour
3 c Milk
3 Eggs
3 TBSP Butter
3 TBSP Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
Place a frying pan on the stove over medium-high heat and melt the butter. Combine
the dry ingredients. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla and beat until smooth. One the butter
is melted, beat into the batter. Pour enough batter into the hot frying pan to cover a
3-4 inch circle. Before the batter cooks too much, carefully pick up the pan and swirl
the batter around the bottom of the pan until the batter is thin and even.Cook until almost
solid. Flip the crepe and brown the other side. Repeat until the batter is gone.
Makes 24 to 30 crepes.
