Add the eggs, milk and vanilla and beat until smooth.\u00a0 One the butter<\/h5>\n<h5>is melted, beat into the batter. Pour enough batter into the hot frying pan to cover a<\/h5>\n<h5>3-4 inch circle.\u00a0 Before the batter cooks too much, carefully pick up the pan and swirl<\/h5>\n<h5>the batter around the bottom of the pan until the batter is thin and even.Cook until almost<\/h5>\n<h5>solid.\u00a0 Flip the crepe and brown the other side.
